Interview
Overall process was fairly straightforward. Applied online, heard back relatively quickly. First round was with HR campus recruiter. Second round was with two directors in which it was a mix of behavioral and technical, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Interview Questions
There really weren't any unexpected questions. The interviewers had the mindset of "is this person teachable". Yes you should know basics of what you're applying for, but overall they weren't trying to trip me up with out of the blue questions. Not sure if this is the company's overall interview question theme or if I was just lucky that day.

Phone screen went well, had a referral from partner+. Was led on with other phone screens with same recruiter, never met the team. Eventually got ghosted. I was referred a couple of weeks before the analyst program was to start however, and was told that the class was pretty much full from the start.
Interview Questions
Didn't have any technical-based questions as I never met the team; was just several phone screens for "cultural fit".
