The hiring process was fairly standard - online application with various standard questions. Recruiting was more intensive, I was able to network which helped in application as there was room to mention employee referral. Hiring process is to be determined as only went through phone interview so far.
Interview Questions
Difficult was how I keep up with markets, or hammering the question of why Barings. None were very unexpected as this was only a phone screen.

Interview
Applied online through Handshake, then received an email requesting that I pick a time slot for a screener call with one of their recruiters. The call was about 30 minutes and was just them asking how I found out about Barings, what makes me interested in Barings, what groups or investment strategies I’m interested in, and also time for me to ask them any questions I had. They then told me I’d hear back with an update 2 weeks from then, which for me ended up being a rejection.
