Investment Management Internship

Received an invite for a phone call about a week after applying. The phone call was about 30 minutes long and consisted on general questions about my resume and experiences. Tell me about yourself, Tell me about a time you worked within a team, why I applied/why I wanted to work there, and other general questions about my past internships. Waited two weeks to hear back and got an auto-deny email.
