M&A

The first step in the process was a screening call with the HR team, where they discussed the open vacancies within the division. After selecting the M&A team, they scheduled the first interview.

My process consisted of three individual interviews: two with managers and a final one with the team head. Each interview combined personal and technical questions, including reasoning exercises, situational scenarios, and brainstorming questions. While the technical aspects weren't overly challenging (given it was an internship position), they did require some preparation.

Each interview lasted around 40 minutes and took place over a span of 2-3 weeks.
