Analyst

Headhunter passed on my resume. The interview process began with phone screen with HR in NYC. After HR in NYC it took about 3 weeks to hear back that I had moved on to the 2nd round.

Round 2:
Met with some of the current analysts as a group.

1 week later call from HR: Moved to next round

Round 3:
Met with 6 FAs individually. Each meeting consisted of the same questions. Mostly fit/behavioral and the occasional question about something going on in the World Markets. (I got asked about my opinion on what will happen with Greece)

1 week later call from HR: Moved to next round

Round 4:
Same as round 3 but with 8 FAs. Same questions. Each interview about 30-45 minutes.


1 week later call from HR: Moved to next round

Final Round:
Meet with MD and VP of West Coast. Mostly salary questions with a lengthy discussion on markets and emphasis on duties of the job and likely career movement.
