Interview
I was approached by a staffing agency that encouraged me to apply to the Associate Client Advisor position. My interview process began with a brief 20-30 minute screen call with HR. I then interviewed three members apart of the team I was applying to. My first interviewer was trying to gauge whether or not a client-service position was right for me. The second interviewer explained the day-to-day responsibilities of the position in more depth. The final interviewer grilled me a bit more, asking behavioral questions, and why I was interested in this position.

Phone Interview
Interview
First step was to talk with the senior client advisor over the phone in a roughly 30 minute long interview, mainly just questions about myself and my internship experience, nothing technical. The next round was very similar in question style, but over a video conference and with the other two members of the team I'd be working with.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question asked of me was about why what I would do if a client disagreed with my assessment of their firm. Ultimately, I think they wanted to make sure that you deferred to the client, as it is ultimately their money. Also, they wanted to know why I wanted to make the switch from financial advisory into wealth management, as they are a very prestigious firm, and wanted to make sure I was in it for the right reasons. Most other questions were basic and about my extracurriculars and internship.

Interview
No phone interview. Immediate in person at Manhattan office. Had two different interviews in one day for the 1st round. The first interview was with three associate team members. The second interview was with two VPs. Both lasted 45min each. Got a call back exactly one week later for 2nd round (the final round) where I would have three different 1 on 1 interviews with the Portfolio Manager, Head of NE region of the company, and another exec. All interviews were really easy going—no difficult questions. They called me 3 weeks later saying I didn't get it (HR was out of town for a week). Very professional and a quality company.
Interview Questions
Nothing difficult. Just went over resume, asked questions about it and the company/role, and wanted to see your interest in the company.

Interview
Started off with an initial HR phone interview to determine fit. Easy question such as "Walk me through your resume", etc. After that was brought in for a 2 hour interview session where I met with several analysts on other teams and two of the PMs. Mix of fit and technical questions as well as a stock pitch in each meeting. Analysts generally didn't ask many questions during the pitch, but PMs did so must be prepared. Culture was formal but easy going - suits and ties as well as a very nice office but friendly people.
Interview Questions
No curve balls, just know your stock pitches inside and out and be prepared for follow up questions.

I had a phone interview with 2 research associates. Then I had a Superday via video link with more senior staff in the New York office. I interviewed with 3 PMs (one for each of their equity funds). There were no unexpected interview questions - make sure you have a stock pitch or two ready and be ready to answer standard questions like, "walk me through your resume."
Interview Questions
There were few difficult or unexpected interview questions asked - I was asked to pitch a stock. The hard part was coming up with intelligent questions to ask the PMs.
For me, the most unexpected/difficult interview question had to do with what I do for leisure, since I hadn't prepared for that.

Interview
Headhunter passed on my resume. The interview process began with phone screen with HR in NYC. After HR in NYC it took about 3 weeks to hear back that I had moved on to the 2nd round.

Round 2:
Met with some of the current analysts as a group.

1 week later call from HR: Moved to next round

Round 3:
Met with 6 FAs individually. Each meeting consisted of the same questions. Mostly fit/behavioral and the occasional question about something going on in the World Markets. (I got asked about my opinion on what will happen with Greece)

1 week later call from HR: Moved to next round

Round 4:
Same as round 3 but with 8 FAs. Same questions. Each interview about 30-45 minutes.

1 week later call from HR: Moved to next round

Final Round:
Meet with MD and VP of West Coast. Mostly salary questions with a lengthy discussion on markets and emphasis on duties of the job and likely career movement.

Interview Questions
Nothing entirely difficult or unexpected. A lot of the questions were to determine behavioral fit. Was asked about my opinion on what will happen with Greece and their debt.
