Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was approached by a staffing agency that encouraged me to apply to the Associate Client Advisor position. My interview process began with a brief 20-30 minute screen call with HR. I then interviewed three members apart of the team I was applying to. My first interviewer was trying to gauge whether or not a client-service position was right for me. The second interviewer explained the day-to-day responsibilities of the position in more depth. The final interviewer grilled me a bit more, asking behavioral questions, and why I was interested in this position.
