Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with an initial HR phone interview to determine fit. Easy question such as "Walk me through your resume", etc. After that was brought in for a 2 hour interview session where I met with several analysts on other teams and two of the PMs. Mix of fit and technical questions as well as a stock pitch in each meeting. Analysts generally didn't ask many questions during the pitch, but PMs did so must be prepared. Culture was formal but easy going - suits and ties as well as a very nice office but friendly people.
