The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
There are usually 3 stages in the interview process. Stage 1: Screening interview; Stage 2: Case study and modelling "interview" and Stage 3: final one-on-one interview.

Stage 1 - This process will usually be a more informal interview, where the company will determine how you will fit in, whether they would want you to progress to the next round, and see whether your personality will fit the environment.

Stage 2 - You have to prepare a full valuation and presentation on a random company they choose. This valuation has to be done within a time frame, and presented to the directors. If you impress with the valuation, you will be able to progress to the final interview.

Stage 3 - The final interview. Very technical, where the directors would ask you all the typical technical questions one could expect (and not expect). Only after this, will they possibly offer you a job.
Interview Questions
1. In your opinion, if company (x) (this company was in the retail sector) has an operating profit margin of (x%), and company (y) (this company was in the resources industry) has an operating profit margin of (y%), which company's operating profit margin indicates a better quality of operating profits, and why? (They knew this was a tricky question, as one can't really compare the two scenarios because of different industries, different nature of businesses etc - however, they wanted to see how you think under pressure, and also whether the logic you follow to come to a conclusion is accurate).
