Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There are usually 3 stages in the interview process. Stage 1: Screening interview; Stage 2: Case study and modelling "interview" and Stage 3: final one-on-one interview. Stage 1 - This process will usually be a more informal interview, where the company will determine how you will fit in, whether they would want you to progress to the next round, and see whether your personality will fit the environment. Stage 2 - You have to prepare a full valuation and presentation on a random company they choose. This valuation has to be done within a time frame, and presented to the directors. If you impress with the valuation, you will be able to progress to the final interview. Stage 3 - The final interview. Very technical, where the directors would ask you all the typical technical questions one could expect (and not expect). Only after this, will they possibly offer you a job.
