Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
OCR began early August. Phone call - equal parts behavioral and technical, with about five total techs asked. Need to know general knowledge of LBOs and understand how an LBO can be used as a valuation method. Super-days going out on the 31st according to the interviewer.
