Initially communicated with one of the analysts to create a time for a 1 on 1 phone interview. The interview was planned fairly quickly, but I had to cancel due to an arising family emergency. Was told that decisions (for those going on to the 2nd round) were pretty much made, but I could still last-minute interview if I wanted. Apply early if you want a decent shot at the position.

Interview

Interview process was overall fair. Started with a phone call with an analyst. Analyst was very kind and we talked about random shit for the back part of the interview. Concerned over resume and background and moved on to some technicals within 10 minutes. Phone call was about an hour long and was concerning technical accounting questions, valuation methods, etc.

Interview Questions

Most difficult questions revolved around the mechanics of the LBO modeling. They do heavy business with Financial Sponsors so make sure you can do a LBO well.
