Originally had a phone call with a senior analyst on the team. Basic behavioral and technical questions. Had told me at the end that they would be coming on campus for second rounds. Did second rounds and got invite for superday. Superday was 90% fit based and technicals weren’t really emphasized. Great group of people, but they have a southern vibe which may be hard to connect with if you’re not from the southern area.

Initially communicated with one of the analysts to create a time for a 1 on 1 phone interview. The interview was planned fairly quickly, but I had to cancel due to an arising family emergency. Was told that decisions (for those going on to the 2nd round) were pretty much made, but I could still last-minute interview if I wanted. Apply early if you want a decent shot at the position.
