What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process is a phone interview, on campus interview (or another phone interview for non-targets) and then super day in early October. I made it to the 2nd round, but didn't make it to super day. The people seemed really nice and basically used the interviews as a time for you to ask questions. It did seem very difficult to get an offer if you don't go to one of their target schools.
