Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First I met with a member of the team at BlackArch, discussed BAP's history, recent transactions, and my motivations. Next was a first round phone interview with a VP we discussed mostly technical questions mainly surrounding what my favorite company was. After that, I was invited to Superday where I had a series of 30-minute meetings with different members of the team at BlackArch (mainly VPs and MDs).
