The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Recruiter contacted me about the position in January. Had three 1 on 1 phone interviews followed by an in office excel modeling test and about a week later was asked to come back for a superday and a case study presentation (48 hours to prep for case study... unless they forget to send it on time in which case you get less). All in took over 2 months (no offer).
Interview Questions
First of all, make sure you know your resume cause they will ask you the nitty gritty details about any deals on your resume. This was also a fairly long time ago for me, so I'm only going to include the questions I definitely remember... What's the difference between chapter 7 and chapter 11? Walk me through a 13 week cash flow model. How do you compute FCCR? What is an LBO? What's 12% of 80? What's the difference between an equity and an asset sale? Why did you use the 5 Year US treasury as your risk free rate in your analysis?

Interview
Applied online via the company website. Received email a few days later to schedule phone interview. The phone interview included basic questions (e.g. "tell me about yourself", "why Blackhill?", "why restructuring/IB"). At end of phone call, was invited to come to the office for a final round of in-person interviews, case study presentation to a panel, and an Excel modeling test (3-statement + DCF). For the case study, they provided a prompt 48hrs before the interview and candidates were expected to create a pitch book and present findings to a panel.
Interview Questions
1) What is the difference between a chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy?

2) Have you ever built a 13 week cash flow model? Walk me through what it includes, and how would you go about building it.

3) If I were to give you data from a company's general ledger, could you build me a 3-statement model?

Other questions were mostly straightforward personal fit questions, and not too many technical questions other than the above. Other questions that were asked were more industry specific, for example, "why are energy companies undergoing restructuring / bankruptcies lately?"
