Applied online via the company website. Received email a few days later to schedule phone interview. The phone interview included basic questions (e.g. "tell me about yourself", "why Blackhill?", "why restructuring/IB"). At end of phone call, was invited to come to the office for a final round of in-person interviews, case study presentation to a panel, and an Excel modeling test (3-statement + DCF). For the case study, they provided a prompt 48hrs before the interview and candidates were expected to create a pitch book and present findings to a panel.
