PE Business Development

It was a 2 step interview process. Two personal meetings with the HR department that focussed more on the soft skills than on the actual technical skills. Their website is pretty open to the public so it was simple to get to understand their process and prepare for the meetings. I must say that I am an international student with an economics degree and 6 years of work experience in different fields (supply chain, purchasing, logistics, banking, capital markets). I was looking for anything that could get a door open into IB or PE world.
