The interview was a pre recorded skype like interview. A recording would ask you a question then you would answer. They were basic questions like why did you choose the college you went to, tell me a time when you were innovative. Why blackrock etc. The whole process was strange as it seemed like you were talking to yourself during the entire interview and I felt as if I was rambling.
