Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Typical OCR process - interview on campus, then superday at the office. The superday consisted of 4 30 minute interviews and a sort of group interview while we all sat in the conference room waiting to get started. Overall, none of the interviews were too difficult and it was pretty cookie cutter.
