Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First step is on-campus interview by BlackRock rep who visits the campus. About 30 minutes long. This is more of a general interview to get to know candidates better - academic background, why BlackRock, why specific asset class you are applying for.

Second step is a Super Day at BlackRock office in NY. All candidates meet in the same conference room, briefed by HR rep. Then everyone's separated into different rooms, meeting 4 different interviewers with 30 minutes each (total 2 hours). This one consists more technical questions, especially surrounding fixed income (greeks, duration, convexity, etc).

Within a week, I received an offer by phone.
