Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I received a notice from my college career department looking for a summer analyst intern position to be filled ASAP for FP&A team at an unnamed firm. I replied with my resume and received a phone call the next day from a team leader at Blackrock. We conducted a ~20 minute phone behavioral interview and then was invited in for a formal group interview. The group interview consisted of 2 groups - 1 with 2 people, 1 with 3 - and it was 50/50 behavioral/technical. They mostly focused on some basic excel functions for the technical stuff.
