Please describe the interview / hiring process.
OCR drop followed a campus presentation and first rounds were on campus the next day. I got my superday invite approx. 24 hours later (some heard back even earlier). Superday consisted of five 1:1 interviews (3x MD, 1 VP and an analyst). This team was involved in advising the Greek government in restructuring their debt in 2011, very interesting work.
