Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round: 1 on campus interview with 2 employees, who are extremely nice and friendly. Mostly behavioral questions. Invited to superday in a week. Had one 1:1 with a manager, and two 1:2 employees (all of whom are on the team). People on the team are generally not as talkative as the on campus people so the interviewee need to prepare a lot of questions to ask in order to keep the conversation going. They are very smart and asked more specific details on the resume/past experiences.
