Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I have applied online (CV+ CL), and after some time they have invited me to do the tests. After I passed the tests I have been invited for 2x30min phone interview, and they were both competency based, with several accounting questions (I have heard that some other groups have video interview). Afterwards, I was invited to AC in London, which was consisted of 3 interviews (they were all mix of commercial, competency and motivational).
Best advice I could provide to anyone is to read financial newspapers regularly, and to know the company inside out.
Work culture seemed "relaxed" compared to banking, as you usually work ~11-12h/day.
