Applied to posting on campus recruiting site. A few weeks later, I received a request to record a video of myself answering questions. A week or two after that, I received a request for a video interview. One week after that, I received an invitation to final round interviews at the office in New York. This consisted of 4 30 to 45 minute interviews with 2 VPs each. Received a call later that night with the offer.
