Data Aggregation/Reporting

Applied online through the company website. Got an email the following morning that I had been selected to be interviewed for the position. Emailed the recruiter back with my phone # and availability. Phone interview was exactly a half hour with the team's director. Was more of an actual interview than a phone screen. Beginning was pretty one-sided with the interviewer telling me about the team, group and job I would be doing and how it fits into the company. They also discussed the various career paths which can emerge from the job. I was asked about specific projects relating to my work experience and the skills I used to complete them.
