What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had 2 30 minute interviews with an associate and VP. Friendly at first. Questions were very strange and random IMO. Talked to other interviewees and seemed like each person had a very different experience from easy to technical to random (mine). Type of interview where interviewer was looking for a very specific answer while providing a very vague situation. The associate didn't strike me as very bright.
