1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with the Hirevue which was not that difficult at all and they immediately do super days once they filter past the Hirevue. Super day was pretty rough with 4 separate meetings all with Vp's lasting around 30-40 minutes. Did not ask a single question on ETF's or Mutual funds, CEFs, was mostly just going over your resume and why Blackrock. Be ready to fully explain all points in your resume in full and elaborate day to day activites.
