Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had 2 interviews on campus for the first round. Was flown to NY for a super day which consisted of ~6 interviews with one to two people per interview. The ~10 people I met with before lunch were from different groups within BlackRock's Global Client Group. These were more junior members of the teams, and if they liked you, you would be asked to stay and meet with more senior people after lunch who would make the final decision. I interviewed for a key account/sales role, and there were no 'technical' questions asked.
