What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus interview. Arrived early and was greeted by a recruiter named Tarry Chung. We then chatted about the weather and the city for about 10 minutes and the interviewer from the Toronto office came back from lunch. His name was Ken Luce. He is VP of Global Client Group. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and it lasted about 35 minutes since we started early. Both Tarry and Ken were very easy-going, no attitude, and polite. The interview was entirely fit and behavioural, with a question about the current markets.
