What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a hirevue they give to everyone. Asked me why blackrock and one other easy 90 second question. Then, I had the first round. Consisted of a two-on-one with two employees in risk. Asked me about my presentation skills, and a brief discussion on risk management and volatility. Sent thank you notes to both people, and was promptly ghosted. Had to check the application portal for my denial, they didn't even send a notification email.
