Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was asked to interview with the Latin America & Iberia team after going through the recruiting process for the Relationship Management & Sales team in New York and not receiving an offer. Unlike in the interviews for the first application, all interviews were conducted virtually. First round was virtual and consisted of a group interview followed by a virtual super day of 6 video conferences with team members in Mexico city, Miami, and New York.
