Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round: Fit and behavioral questions asking about my background, why finance, the current markets. Got little technical regarding duration/yield/bond questions. Also asked about the history of BlackRock, what I think they did, etc. Overall was a good experience.
2nd round: Was invited to a Superday in their SF office - 5 back-to-back interviews, 30 minutes each. Questions were pretty technical in nature - mostly regarding fixed-income securities, and other technical questions pertaining to my background.
