Portfolio Manager
General Interview Information
Interview Details
It appears to be more of a committee approach. The main regional team who is hiring interviews the candidates and once the regional team decides, it goes through numerous interviews with the global senior members to interview and approves the candidate. They were quite careful when it came to hiring and seemed wanting to get as many feedback from many people they can get as possible. Perhaps this is because they were hiring a portfolio manager which takes a long time to hire and one addition to the global team means a lot.
The questions tend to be less technical, more personal. They tried to get to know who you are, what kind of person you are, what is your thinking process and more importantly, whether they like you and want you to be one of 'them.'
