Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- First Round: Met Group Heads. Relatively chilled out. Basic competency and fit questions.
- 2nd Round: Met various VPs and Directors who gave me much tougher competency questions and gave nothing away in terms of how the interview was going. Felt like a poker game.
- 3rd Round: Met with Directors whom I would be directly reporting to. Some competency but mostly fit questions.
- Final (HR) Phone Interview: Just a few more fit questions and some probing to find out if I would actually accept the offer if extended one
Total turnaround time from 1st round to offer was 4 weeks which is truly impressive when compared with some of the banking interviews I have done
