Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First HR with beheavoral question and some backgroud check, then a tech round with a QT VP, do some classic quant questions including brain tesears and prob.. Then another technical round with QR VP and SPM MD to do a case study to design a quant all long product for a large pension fund, with they ask u questions along the way for elaboration, then a few brain tesers and more CV deep screening
