What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First step was recording answers to personality questions using HireVue. Then a 30 minute Skype interview with an employee followed by a quick phone interview with my would-be supervisor. Last step was an in-office Superday with 4 30 minute interviews. 1 with my would-be supervisor again, and the rest with other higher-ups in the company.
