Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Easy to apply online, filled out the online application and where invited for 1st round of interviews at their main office in London. Had 2 1on1 interviews with a analyst and associate. Some brain teasers, guesstimates, define VaR, some programming questions etc.
Invited for 2nd round with one math test, one 1on1 with the MD of the group, one 1on1 competency with a senior employee and finally a group interview with presentation.
