What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Hirevue -> Video Interview (2 rounds, 30 minutes each)
Hirevue Questions were standard:
-Tell me about something not on your CV
-Greatest Achievement (Or something along these lines)
1 on 1 Interviews:
-Why finance, why AM, why BlackRock? (Had this in both rounds, probably how they warm up interviewees)
-Tested on BlackRock Values, how your experiences demonstrate that
- Scenario Based questions (You have 3 funds with X metrics. Which fund do you recommend? Lets say the fund you recommended does poorly compared to the other two funds, how do you justify this to the investor?)
