The BlackRock interview process I went through for Spring Week started with an online application, followed by a HireVue video interview. The questions focused on competencies, such as my motivation for applying, why I was interested in finance, and what I knew about BlackRock. The final stage was a live virtual interview, where they asked more in-depth behavioral and technical questions. They were assessing my cultural fit, understanding of asset management, and how I approach problem-solving.
