Submitted resume, cover letter, and transcript via OCR. Invited to a first round interview on campus.
Two person interview introduced the fairly new team and their work. About half was behavioral/fit questions to make sure that there would be a good match in terms of personalities for the small team. The second half was a bit more technical.
