Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and I had to do the virtual cover letter (2 questions) right afterwards. Then I had two 30 minutes video interview with two analysts and invited to the assessment day a few days later. The assessment day consisted in two 30 minutes interviews with managers and a group presentation.
