Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed with their corporate strategy group (SPM). I initially met one of the recruiters for the group at an informational session on campus. This led to a 30-minute interview on campus, which was fairly straightforward--the usual fit / behaviorals, followed by a very simple market sizing case. Having gone through some traditional mbb-style cases it was much easier. I received a follow-up to go to the NY office for a super-day, where I had 4-5 20-30 minute interviews, some 1-on-1, some 2-on-1, that focused mostly on fit. The most technical questions referred to basic knowledge of the markets. Unfortunately I didn't receive an offer to join the team, though I didn't think the position was a great fit as I interviewed, and I think it showed.
