Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They reached out to us for a quick one on one interview with members in the respective division (you can submit two applications) and these interviews were ~30min and almost entirely behavioral as they have a set list of questions to ask you so it does not vary interviewer to interviewer. The second ronud of interviews is the superday in which you speak for ~30min with two memebers for each team (4 teams for the super day). The down time between each step and hearing back is usually a few weeks. They really take their time.
