Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Several months long. Applied for summer 2022 position in July, 2021. Had first round and accelerated final round interview through Accelerator Program in late September. Never heard back after final round.
All interviews were predominantly behavioral, with some questions regarding markets (read WSJ for a week and you will be prepared).
