1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First was an online interview with nobody on the other end. They gave you a question and a few minutes to think of an answer, then 2 minutes to record yourself responding. Basic questions.
Then was a video interview. Again pretty basic stuff, do you keep track of the markets and tell me a current event going on.
Lastly was a Superday at the office. 4 30 minute interviews in a row. These were mostly fit questions, with a few basic financial questions. Like tell me the difference between an ETF and a mutual fund
