1st round: video recording. 2nd round: video conference. 3rd round: on-site.
I think 1st round is the hardest, because you have to record yourself answering some questions, no interaction with the other side. Make sure you know what's going on in the market, IN FULL DETAILS! It can be as specific as "how's the Chinese debt market doing?" Market-based question is how you differentiates yourself from other candidates.
