Those are some of the best interviews I have ever had, left great impressions, the conversations flow really smoothly as we just talked about my interest in real estate and what specific asset types I have been looking into. The principal even offered to help me out if needed which is probably how I got my Superday after 1 day. Everyone at BX is extremely genuine and super accommodating, literally the best culture on the street for sure. FYI, I'm from a semi-target, so I did some networking with people across Real Estate and got to attend the office tour through a school trek, which was probably how I managed to get past HireVue. 110/100 experience, great job, Blackstone! Advises - be genuine, know a niche asset class that is overperforming really well and understand the risks associated with your thesis.
