Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round started out with 2 30-minute phone call interviews with the Associate/Principal level members of the team primarily focused on fit with a couple of PE technical questions. Followed by a 1-hour conversation with the MD who focused on technical skills and a case study type interview. The second round consisted of going to one of their offices to do an in-person modelling exercise followed by a short 15 minute discussion with either an Associate/Principal. After passing the second round it was followed by 2 phone call interviews with Partner level members (by then it was yours to lose).
